Refund and Returns Policy

Local Flavor produces apparel and goods in small, limited runs. Because of this, some variation between items may occur.

Preparation & Shipping:
Orders are prepared within 2–5 business days before shipment. All products are made in and shipped from Eugene, Oregon. We do not currently collect sales tax. Local Flavor proudly serves both the Oregon community and those who admire it from afar.

Returns:
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Custom / Limited Edition Items:
Certain products may be marked final sale. This will be stated clearly on the product page.

As a small, independent producer, we reserve the right to limit returns or refunds to protect against misuse.
